Teal VPN

Terms of Service

Last updated 5 August 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Fxolio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By creating an account or using Teal VPN, you agree to them.

1. Who may use Teal VPN

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Restricted jurisdictions

United States law prohibits us from providing this service to persons ordinarily resident in, or located in, comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions. You may not use Teal VPN if you are located in or ordinarily resident in:

We block sign-ups from countries we can identify by IP address. The Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions cannot reliably be identified this way, so you are responsible for confirming that you are not located in them. We may additionally decline service in other countries at our discretion.

You also may not use the service if you are a person or entity on a United States sanctions list, or acting on behalf of one.

2. Acceptable use

Teal VPN exists to keep ordinary traffic private. You agree not to use it to:

We do not monitor your traffic, and we cannot see what you do. We act on credible reports and on legal notices we receive.

3. Accounts and devices

Your account number and any password are yours to protect. If you lose the account number on an account with no email address, we cannot recover it — that is a direct consequence of not requiring your identity, and it is your responsibility to keep it safe.

Each plan permits a stated number of simultaneous devices. You may add and revoke your own devices at any time from the app.

4. Payment, renewal and refunds

5. Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Servers may be added, moved or withdrawn. Networks and governments beyond our control may block access, and no VPN can guarantee reachability from every network.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we are legally required to act on, or that is causing harm to our infrastructure or other users. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why. If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription.

You may close your account at any time.

7. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will meet your requirements, that it will make you anonymous, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. A VPN protects the link between your device and our servers. It does not make you untraceable, and it cannot protect you from what you disclose yourself, from software on your device, or from signing in to services that already know who you are.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fxolio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will post it here with a new date and, where we have your email address, notify you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot be waived where you live.
